Privacy Policy

This policy covers the TXTK Intellify website at txtkai.com, operated by TXTK Tax Tech, Dubai Internet City, Al Sufouh 2, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us"). We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. AI SHARIQA and TaxGPT are separate applications reached through their Login buttons; the terms and privacy notice shown inside each application apply to data you enter there.

What we collect

• Details you send us: your name, business email, company name, phone number and the product you are interested in, when you submit the demo form, join a waitlist, email us or message us on WhatsApp. The demo and waitlist buttons open your own email app; nothing is stored on this website before you press send.
• Technical data: standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) and, if a page fails to load, an error report containing the page address and error message.

What the free tools do with your files

The invoice checkers, the tax invoice generator and the VAT credit note generator run in your browser. Invoice images you upload for checking and the details you type into the generators are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Closing the page discards them.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.

Why we use your data

We use the details you send us only to reply, arrange a demo, tell you when a waitlisted product opens, and provide services you ask for. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host our website and email, and with authorities where UAE law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and waitlist emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case client record-keeping rules apply. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider, normally no more than 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call +971 56 696 6313. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
